With our website, the Planning for Emergency Preparedness Foundation (PEP) will bring up-to-date information on emergency preparedness here at Leisure World, Seal Beach.  We will feature articles, news items, events, emergency supply information.  We will have a library of current information concerning emergency preparedness for all of Leisure World, the mutuals, and the Golden Rain Foundation (GRF).  For upcoming events please see below.
